Our House Journey - Part 5/5
Looking back on the past 15 months, I can’t say I would have chosen this for myself. I lost my dream job March 2020. Aimless and lost, I threw myself into content creation. It wasn't nearly enough to pay the bills. There were months on end where I earned nothing.
But with the encouragement of K, I pursued it because I loved it. K believed in me for the both of us. He even took up a second job so I could take this chance. A chance I would have never taken if not for him or for the loss of my job.
There have been many moments of anxiety and self doubt. I kept asking God if this was the path he wanted me to take. But He reminded me that others were feeling just as lost and alone as I was. So I started creating with renewed vigour.
Now, my aim is to create content that hopefully makes the viewer feel loved and less alone. And in the process, this has become a means to support my family.
It’s been an incredible journey. One full of challenges, heartache, self-doubt and perserverance. But I am so grateful to be here. And I'm so grateful for you.
I look forward to sharing my home and my life with you as we start this new chapter.
Thanks for hanging out with me. I hope you know how much I appreciate you.
Love,
