How to Make a Pecan Brie Wreath
A savoury, delicious holiday appetizer that is sure to be the star of the table.
This simple, quick and lovely appetizer is a Christmas crowd pleaser. What’s not to love?!

Ingredients
1/2 cup of pecan pieces
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 egg
Equipment
Mixing bowl
A round of brie
2/3 cup of cranberry sauce
Rosemary (for garnishing)
Pomegranate seeds (for garnishing)
Step 1
Combine and mix the pecan pieces, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Step 2
Place brie in the middle of your circular pan or casserole and surround it with dinner rolls.
STEP 3
Top your brie with cranberry sauce and add pecan sauce. Brush your dinner rolls with egg wash.
STEP 4
Bake at 375°C for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with rosemary fashioned as a bow and decorate with pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
